QUALITY
NCC is committed to advocating best practices and providing better education and training on quality management, both for our members and the wider construction community.
NCC has a policy of promoting continual improvement and setting quality objectives in line with the framework laid down within the ISO9001-2015 standard. These objectives will address the risks and opportunities within the company as determineed.
The code of Quality Management aims to raise standards by providing the tools and processes to help in the delivery of quality in construction projects. The quality of the built environment is the key to our quality of life and is the inheritance that we leave behind for future generations.
NCC regularly monitors and maintains its quality objectives, updating them depending on company needs and external obligations.
SAFETY
NCC makes sure that all employees are provided with suitable and sufficient information, instructions and training to comply with the company's Health and Safety policy and perform their activities safely.
NCC ensures that personal protective equipment ( PPE) is provided and used wherever necessary, as identified by risk assessment.
NCC provides equipment, including plant and machinery and trains and instructs staff to enable the safe completion of tasks.
